Food Technology II-
 Exploring the food industry from the farm to the table is a major emphasis.  The student will examine production, processing, preparation, preservation, and packaging principles along the farm to table continuum.

Strawberry picking at The Collard Patch in Rolesville, NC.  We picked over 100 pounds and then put them to good use in freezer jam.
